- We will set up email templates, pre-recorded voice messages, write sales scripts, gather lead lists for your target market, configure our CRM systems for your campaigns, and make sales calls to potential clients to understand how to get through the gatekeepers, reach the decision makers, and find the right questions to ask to get the results that are needed.
- An agreement between Launch and its client. A road map providing necessary services, price, commissions, and goals agreed by both parties.
- Agreement will be signed virtually (by email or online) or physically by both parties for the first 4 week time period as well as the 3 month engagements thereafter.
- Either party may choose to terminate agreement after first quarter of service and at every quarter of service provided thereafter. We chose to use 3 month engagements to not commit either party into a long term agreement in case either party needs to discontinue service.
- If after 3 months both parties would like to continue, the agreement can roll over into another 3 month term. The goals and services can be modified by either party with written consent of both parties.
- This 4 week time period allows Launch to work with you to provide expertise, reporting, and results.
- Our goal during the initial 4 weeks is to understand all about your business, product or service, your customers, competitors, and to understand what it takes to sell successfully your business. Again, we are your sales partner and cannot succeed unless your company succeeds.
- We will work closely with you to ensure clear communication of our production and successes. We ask that you have one person in your company dedicated for Launch to work with. This will enable the best communication possible.
After these 5 steps, Launch Sales and Marketing will be focused to bring your business the most efficient and cost effective outsourced sales and marketing around. Launch grows only as your company grows. This is why such a partnership is created to ensure success for both companies.

FAQ's
Typically, after the Sales Partnership Agreement is signed, we will mutually determine the best date to get your campaign started. Between 2-4 weeks is an average start time from initial conversations, but if needed Launch can get started as soon as you need. Then we start the Sales Audit and Market Testing for the first 4 week term.
All of our sales professionals have a 4 year degree or equivalent and have had previous sales and phone sales experience. We are providing quality sales professionals, not telemarketers. We hire on an as needed basis to ensure lowest costs to our clients. Our more experienced sales professionals are put on the newer accounts, while newer employees are set on older accounts. This allows for the optimal service for all of our clients. Integrity is our #1 priority.

If you have set a budget for hiring your own internal sales team of experienced sales professionals, then you will have a good idea of what the costs might be. Although, you will be reducing fixed and variable costs from recruiting, paying benefits, taxes, withholdings, insurance, office space, liability, computers, office furniture, and other capital equipment. So as you can see, there is no question as to why you should use Launch for your company to succeed.
Launch services are based on a pay for performance or monthly retainer plus commission model. Our services are customized for each client. As a result, the total costs including the 4 week Sales Audit and Market Research, will depend upon the size of the sales force and needs required, your sales cycle, brand awareness, industry, and which of Launch’s services are needed to accomplish your goals.
The initial 4 week Sales Audit and Market Research is due when the agreement is signed. From that point forward, the monthly retainer is due the first day of the campaign, Launch cannot begin to work for you without that initial payment made. Commissions of sales closed by Launch employees are due on the 1st and 15th of every month. Custom arrangements can be made for specific situations.
First, contact us by clicking on the button to "Tell us about your business". Then we will set up a time to discuss the specifics of your needs and create a custom plan of action. We are then able to get an agreement for you to sign in order for us to get started.
Here is a list of items that we need in order to have the most success:
- Any and all marketing materials that you currently have or that you would want us to use.
- Any previous sales scripts and/or sales and marketing experiences for us to learn from.
- Email addresses with your domain. (For as many as needed for the campaign) Email signatures that match that of your company. We will look and sound like your company
- Dedicated phone lines from your business that people can call and we can forward to our own.
- Lead lists if possible. If not, we will utilize our resources to find a targeted list for an additional cost.
- Training Materials for our sales professionals to become fluent in your product or service.
- A web form designated for Launch to send potential clients to for lead generation or free trials etc.
- Signed Service Agreement between you and Launch.
